Our hiring process

 

Step 1: Job Planning and Posting

A new recruitment plan will be implemented and announced related regulations during the application process.

Step 2: Receiving application

The Resume Reception stage is to collect and verify information from candidates to assess their suitability for the advertised position

Step 3: Screening and Shortlisting

The screening and categorization of resumes is a step where we evaluate, select, and categorize resumes based on the criteria and requirements of the job position, aiming to identify the most potential candidates

Step 4: Interviewing

The interview is the stage where we directly meet and assess the skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates to determine their suitability for the advertised position

Step 5: Offer and Negotiation

We will discuss working conditions, benefits, and at the same time, extend a formal invitation for the candidate to join the company as part of a probationary period

Step 6: On-boarding and Probation

The candidate will have the opportunity to carry out practical tasks for a period of two months to assist the company in assessing their performance and suitability for the work environment and job requirements

Step 7: Probation Evaluation and Official Contract Signing

We consolidate and evaluate the candidate’s performance during the probationary period, and based on these results, we decide whether to proceed with signing an official employment contract
